Rigo was born in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, and grew up in Bayamon. He is a talented percussionist who loves music, especially Salsa and Latin Jazz. As owner of Obra Maestra Records, he is determined to stay true to the music and avoid the trap of commercialism. Obra Maestra Records is dedicated to presenting to the world the flavorful melodies of Salsa, and the excellent artists from Puerto Rico—La Isla del Encanto.

Junito y Secreto a Voces - Julio "Junito"Albino band leader
Julio “Junito” Albino was born in New York City, and later studied percussion in the Music Department at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico (San German Branch), the city in which he was raised.
Throughout his career, Junito has been a member of several well-known bands including Orquestra La Solucion, performing with reknown artists such as Frankie Ruiz, Lalo Rodriguez, Joe Quijano, Ramon Rodriguez, and Tito Nieves, among others.
In 2003, Junito formed his own Salsa and Latin Jazz band, Secreto a Voces (A Secret Among Voices), and his first album, “Báilalo”, produced by Obra Maestra Records, was released in 2005 .
Junito, working together with vocalist Betsy Lopez, singer/songwriter Anthony Martinez, and Sergio Mercado, has combined his passion for Salsa with Latin Jazz. “Báilalo”, includes arrangements by the illustrious arrangers Joseph Carbo, Ernesto Sanchez and Edwin Luciano, This release is certain to be loved by all audiences, and a guaranteed success for Junito.
